Jobs we take
- Running and rocking toilets
- Flappers, fill valves and wax rings replaced.
- Dripping faucets
- Cartridges replaced, or the faucet swapped to fit the existing holes.
- Garbage disposals
- Unjammed or replaced on the existing connection.
- Under-sink leaks
- Traps, slip nuts, supply lines and shutoff valves.
Older supply lines and valves
Older San Gabriel houses may still have galvanized steel supply pipe, which can build up scale inside over time, and shutoff valves that have not been turned in years. We test them first and fit new quarter-turn valves where needed.
Before you call: what to check
- Find the house main shutoff before anything goes wrong, so you can turn off the water quickly.
- Listen for the toilet refilling on its own when no one has flushed. That is a leaking flapper.
- Check the cabinet floor under each sink for swelling or stains.
